When I lived in College Place (the villages at Garrison creek) I had a few encounters but always the same ''person''; he was a young boy maybe 10 dressed in 19th c. Sunday church clothes. I saw him a few times looking down at me from the upstairs balcony.
When I mentioned to my neighbors they got really tight lipped and were taken back as they (eventually) told me they had seen the same boy.

When I went to the bathroom I though it was my nephew and when I got out of the bathroom I went upstairs to tell my nephew that he could go to the bathroom. He told me I don't need to go and I said well you just said you needed to go, and he's like no and I was like but you tried to go in the bathroom and my brother was like well he's been up here all this time I was like seriously he's like yeah I freak out.
