The yellow house on Millerdale Street across the street from the Safeway Store on 5th Street is definitely haunted. My daughter who is now 30 but was 4 when we lived there can still remember the man she saw hanging from what looked like a rafter in the basement. This man followed us for several years because I believe he knew my daughter could see him. I do not know your experiences in this house, only mine and my family's experiences. Some include slamming doors, radios and TV's turning on, appliances like the blender and microwave starting up by themselves, footsteps, and apparitions of a man. I would be very interested to know if anyone else has ever had experiences in this house.

Comment by Justin: My friend Isaac lived in that house. I lived on cherry Street and saw a demon with red eyes. It still creeps me out to this day.

I lived at the old Daniel's house on Stemilt Hill from 2002 to 2008. We bought it from the daughter of the people that built it. They had brought the blueprints when they moved up from Tennessee. I believe and the colonial plantation style home was their dream. I put a lot of effort into renovating it, and I felt like the house ''approved''. Later on we discovered both parents died in the home, so we chalked up anything odd to ''Mr and Mrs Daniels''.
One of the neighbors told us Ruby may be the one making her presence known, and since nothing seemed malicious we just accepted it. One night I had been upset over losing an earring. I was awoken in the middle of the night with a weight on top of me like something was settling on me, and it was hard to breath. Quickly it was gone, and a minute later I heard my young daughter let out a blood-curdling scream. I ran to her, and she told me ''Ruby was yelling at her''.
Next morning my earring was on the seat of my car. I think when we put it up for sales Ruby was angered. One evening I sat down to dinner with my kids, and I realized they needed milk glasses. When I returned all of the silverware was gone. Kids hadn't seen anything. When I moved the refrigerator when I moved out all of the silverware was under it. All in all, I loved the house and was sad to sell. .
